The hot springs were AMAZING! So relaxing to soak in those warm waters ❤️, but the room definitely needed updating. The shower was tricky—couldn’t get a steady temp. Still, I’d return for that spa experience!

Some areas of the resort could use maintenance, such as rough-edged tiles in the pools. the restaurant had inconsistent dining experiences; while some meals hit the mark, others resulted in underwhelming food, leaving half of it uneaten. The balcony of my room opened over the parking area, which resulted in disturbances from traffic noise and conversations.

The hotel really needs some rejuvenation!!! !!! Outdated decor, worn carpets, and damaged furniture just can't go on!!! Also, inconsistent water temperature in showers made for some frustrating bathing experiences!!!

The facilities are excellent, featuring great pools and hot tubs that provide a relaxing atmosphere. The spa services enhanced my experience, and the on-site restaurant offered a delightful menu that was both varied and reasonably priced. I particularly loved having the pools to myself in the early morning hours, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful sunrise while acoustic music from the 50s to the 90s created a calming ambiance.

The check-in process was initially slow.
